Congrats AIESEC US: We crushed our OGX goal for March!!!

Hey Nation,

Get excited...

Because we hit our goal of 200 raised EPs for March!!!!

This is a HUGE achievement. This is
the highest number of EP raises in a single month for the past 10 years.

So you guys are really doing a PHENOMENAL job here!!!

Even if you're not still in the 650 March Madness challenge, every LC contributed to our success in March!!

Some LCs that I want to recognize that have leading the pack to totally CRUSH our goals and our numbers from last year are...

Michigan, Madison, Baruch, Illinois, San Jose, Northwestern, Eau Claire, Cornell, Arizona, and Washington DC.

These LCs have all been raising EPs like crazy over the past 2 weeks so congrats!!

As we move into April, remember our 2 huge priorities this month:

1) Continue raising: our goal for April is another 200 raises. It is only April 9 and we already have 39 raises already -- so if we keep up the pace we can definitely hit another record-breaking month of 200 raises!!!

2) For the EPs you have already raised, it is really important to start matching. Please make sure you are in frequent contact with your EPs so you can help them with the matching process, as it can sometimes get confusing for EPs since there are so many opportunities out there.

Resources

Remember there are a bunch of great resources available to you to help work on your matching and raising goals....

1)
head to the EP Matching wiki to get more support. Here we will be posting lots of available traineeship opportunities that we hear about, so please pass the word on to your EPs and tell them to check it out!

2) If your LC is confused with AIESEConline, myAIESEC.net, or other stuff, I am hosting an OGX training session tomorrow - Friday, April 10th at 4 pm EST. If you or one of your team members wants to join in, please email me.

3) If you need any other support in raising or matching or anything OGX related, please shoot me an email at NishaC@aiesecus.org and I'd be happy to help!!

Have a great weekend, and keep up the awesome work and keep sending in upgrades!!
